We have great news! Baby SF is now accepting reservation orders for shipment to any location in the United States and Canada! If you live in these countries and would like to order an item that is available on Baby's Japanese website, we can order and ship it to you! Follow Usakumya for the details!!!

Just a friendly reminder regarding this weekend. 

Event Day Rules:

Due to the high volume of foot traffic we receive during event days, we need to implement a few guidelines to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.

1. Please do not use BABY SF as a meeting point for meet-ups or gatherings; the store will be very crowded. We may impose store capacity restrictions at any time for crowd control.
2. Customers may only try on seven (7) items total, and may not add items while in the dressing room unless there is no queue. Customers must decide which items to try on before entering the dressing room. We may impose a time limit of 20min, if there are more than five (5) people waiting for the dressing room.
3. Staff may ask to hold your items up at the front while you continue to browse. We will hold the items until you are ready to try them on or purchase them. Please be mindful not to drag our items on the floor.
4. The pink ottoman cushion is reserved for customers to try on shoes only. Please do not use it to store your bags/clothes (we have a coat rack), to take a nap, or prop up your feet. Please do not set your personal items on top of our items either.
5. Please do not lean on store furniture or fixtures. They are meant to support clothes and not people. We are not responsible for injuries caused by these actions.
6. Please be careful with the accessory cases, and do not try to slide them across the glass or open them without staff assistance.
7. Children who are under or appear under the age of ten (10) must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please do not abandon strollers in the front of the store, this blocks the entryway which needs to be clear in case of emergencies.
8. No food or drinks are allowed in the store. Please finish everything outside, and do not leave trash lying around.
9. All stores on the fashion floor are separate. Please pay for your items before leaving the store. Sorry, we cannot do holds.
10. Photos are still not allowed unless you provide media identification upon request.

If you choose not to adhere to our guidelines, we may ask you to leave the store. We reserve the right to amend the rules listed above at any time. Our normal store rules still apply, and in the future, may be amended to reflect some or all of these rules. Thank you for your cooperation.

First Year Anniversary Lucky Packs!!

For BABY, we will have packs available

in Small, Medium, & Large.

For A/P, we will have both Ladies' & Men's packs.

Each customer will be limited to one (1) Lucky Pack per person. We cannot make exceptions as there will be  limited quantities available. Like other Lucky Packs we have offered in the past, we cannot reveal or give hints regarding specific content details. On the sale day, we can help you decide which pack will best suit your style and size. These Lucky Packs are for in-store purchase only; we cannot accept mail, phone, or online orders.

Our First Year Anniversary Lucky Packs will go on sale Saturday, August 14th at 12pm. Each pack is $140 +tax. The purchase price does not count towards points or novelties. The items in the packs retail for 4-5x the selling price. No returns or exchanges after purchase.

Customers are welcome to queue up

in the building's lobby area, which opens at 8 a.m.

(please do not block emergency exits or signage)

We will start taking down names & ticketing at 11am.

NEW PEOPLE Building Photo Policy

Although customers were allowed to take photos outside of our store previously, it is the policy of the NEW PEOPLE building that no photography is allowed except in the lobby. If you would like to take a photo of/with one of our staff we are allowed to do so in front of a blank wall.
