Our store hours will be 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Thursday through Monday.
12/6 (FRI) through 12/8 (SUN) will be open by appointment only.
12/5 (THU) & 12/9 (MON) appointments will not be necessary, and walk in customers are welcome.
We ask that customers book no more than one appointment slot during the event weekend to best accommodate as many guests as possible. We are implementing these procedures to ensure the best quality of service for all of our customers.
Each appointment includes 30 min of shopping time. Please do your best to complete all shopping within 30 minutes. Up to two guests are allowed per appointment booked. For example, if you and a friend would like to shop together, only one appointment is necessary for the both of you.
If you intended to pick up an online order in-store, please be aware an appointment is required to pick up online orders during the event weekend (12/6-8).

By making an appointment, you agree to the following policies:
1. Face masks are no longer required, but we ask any guest showing symptoms such as cough or fever to refrain from entering the building.
2. Party size per appointment is limited to 3 people. Any additional guests will need to book separate appointments or wait outside the building.
3. Please observe the appointment time, and only shop during your time slot.

ONLINE STORE PICK-UP PROCEDURES
For customers wishing to pick up previously placed orders during
the weekend of 12/6-8:
Due to expected high traffic and capacity restrictions, online & special orders cannot be picked up on December 6th, 7th, or 8th without a shopping appointment. If you do not book an appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to pick up your order.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
ONLINE & IN-STORE SPECIAL ORDERS
The BABY SF web shop will be closed December 2nd - 8th.
We will still be accepting lottery pre-orders.
Due to lengthy checkout times during this high-traffic weekend, we will not be accepting or processing special/store search orders December 6th - 8th. We will resume order acceptance during normal business hours. Thank you for understanding.

Due to the high volume of foot traffic we receive during event days, we will implement the following guidelines to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
- Please do not use BABY SF as a meeting point for meet-ups or gatherings; the store will be very crowded. We will impose store capacity restrictions for crowd control.
- Staff may ask to hold your items up at the front while you continue to browse. We will hold the items until you are ready to try them on or purchase them. Please be mindful not to drag items on the floor. We are unable to hold items for the day.
- The pink ottoman cushion is reserved for customers to try on shoes only. Please do not use it to store your bags/clothes (we have a coat rack), to take a rest, or prop up your feet. Please do not rest your personal items on top of our fixtures and products.
- Please do not lean on store furniture or fixtures. They are designed to support garments, not human weight. We are not responsible for injuries caused by these actions.
- Please be careful with accessory cases, and do not try to slide them across the glass or open them without staff assistance.
- Children who are under or appear under the age of ten (10) must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please do not abandon strollers in the front of the store, this blocks the entryway which needs to be clear in case of emergencies.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the store. Please finish everything outside, and do not leave trash lying around.
- All stores on the second floor are separate. Please pay for your items before exiting the store. We will not be accepting cash.
- Photos and videos are not allowed without prior media approval.
If you choose not to adhere to our guidelines, we may ask you to leave the store. We reserve the right to amend the rules listed above at any time. Thank you for your cooperation.
