Due to the sharp uptick in COVID-19 cases in the San Francisco Bay Area, BABY SF will be closed to the public starting Thursday, December 23rd. We regret that we cannot be open during the holiday season, but we hope we can celebrate the new year safely with all of you soon!
We will remain closed to the public through Tuesday, February 1st. We are tentatively prepared to reopen for in-store shopping on Wednesday, February 2nd. However, this may change based on new data at that time. We will make an update regarding appointments closer to our re-open date.
Our web shop will continue to remain open. We are still accepting online orders, special orders, and reservation/lottery reservation orders during this time period. Please allow additional time for processing, confirming, and shipping orders.
For customers with online/special orders on hold for local pick up, we will contact you directly regarding your order. Stamp cards expiring during this time frame will be valid until the end of January 2022.
Pending reservation orders and special orders will be shipped out concurrently with new orders. If your shipping address has changed, please let us know as soon as possible.
The health and safety of our staff is of the utmost importance during this time and we will have face masks, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and other PPE available on hand while preparing orders. We will maintain social distancing measures within our store and throughout the building.
