Novelty Fair Guidelines
  • Must mention "NOVELTY" in the order note upon checkout; color preference may run out due to limited quantities.
  • Novelties are available on a first-come, first-basis. Limit 1 per customer.
  • The novelty fair will end when stock runs out. 
  • Must be a single transaction to qualify for novelty; no combined orders
  • Online customers can select local pick-up and book an appointment. 30-day hold policy will apply.
  • The novelty fair only apply to items we have in-stock; excludes sale items, happy packs, reservations.

Time Slots (45min): 11:30am / 12:30pm / 1:30pm / 2:30pm / 3:30pm 
Party Size: 1-3 people per appointment

During your visit:
  • When you arrive at the NEW PEOPLE Building, call us at 415-525-8686 and shop staff will come down to escort you up to the store.
  • You must wear a face mask when you enter the building and while you are in our store.
  • Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry into the store.
  • Please observe the appointment time and only shop during your time slot. Multiple appointments scheduled for a single day may be canceled at our discretion.
  • Call us at 415-525-8686 to let us know if you are running late or need to cancel your appointment. If you are over 30min late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
By making an appointment, you agree to the following policies:
  1. Any person in your party not wearing a mask will be refused at the door for the safety of staff and other customers in the building.
  2. If you are feeling unwell, we can reschedule your appointment.
  3. You must maintain a physical distance of 6 feet between yourself, staff, and other guests in the building as much as possible.
  4. Fitting rooms are still closed. Please refrain from trying on any items.
  5. We currently do not offer curbside pick-up. If you would like to pay ahead, we can send you an invoice.
  6. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card/Paypal/Shopify Invoice. We will not accept cash payments at this time.
  7. If you need to collect stamps or redeem stamp cards, please let us know when making your appointment. Stamp cards that expire(d) between 3/17/2020 - 2/9/2021 will be valid for redemption through 3/31/2021.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse service.
