Update to our Hold & Reservation Policy

!Important news!
Baby, The Stars Shine Bright San Francisco has updated terms in regards to our Hold Policy and Reservation Policy for online purchases.

Changes to both Hold Policy & Reservation Policy:

We no longer accept orders that consist of reservation items and in-store items. Orders of this kind will be cancelled and refunded. Please place separate orders that consist solely of in-store items or solely of reservation items. 

Changes to Reservation Policy:

We cannot combine multiple orders that consist of reservation items for free shipping. This is clearly stated in our free shipping policy. Each order must be individually shipped, and will be manually invoiced for shipping, if a shipping quote is not provided.

Changes to Hold Policy:

We cannot combine multiple orders that consist of reservation items for hold. Each individual order will be shipped out once the items listed in the order have arrived. Please order multiple reservation items under a single transaction, if you would like to qualify for free shipping. However, please be aware this may delay your order's arrival time.

These changes in policy apply to all current pending and incoming orders that require shipping. 

Online orders that will be picked up in-store may be exempt to the above changes, but our 30-day holding policy term still applies. Please provide an estimated pickup date for your order for in-store pickup.

We will begin accepting online reservations for new Baby's series, Kuma-Chan's Glitter ☆ Milky Way , on May 17th (WED)!

In-store reservations will start on May 12th (FRI).

Once our allotments are filled, we can only place orders based on online availability.

 "email order only" items. For online orders, please read below.

Regarding email order only items on the Japanese website:

From now on, the San Francisco store will be able to request email order only items for

in-store customers only.

• Customers must fill out an order form to place a reservation order.
• Availability is not guaranteed as this type of order is similar to a store search and will depend on quantities available in Japan.

Items listed as email order only may be purchased via email through the Japanese website, instructions can be found here.
