We will be closed from 11/26 (TUE) through 12/1 (SUN) for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The BABY SF web shop will be closed 12/2 (MON) - 8 (SUN).

We will still be accepting lottery pre-orders.

We highly recommend ordering any gifts by 12/1 (SUN) to allow for additional shipping time during the holiday season.

USPS will be experiencing delays, and we cannot guarantee a Christmas Eve arrival date for any orders. Please note: USPS may mark packages as delivered while they are en route to save time during the shipment process. Please allow up to 48hrs to receive your package after receiving arrival notification.

✩ Shopping Appointments for Ursa Major Weekend ✩

Due to anticipated high traffic the weekend of 12/6-8, BABY SF will be open for shopping by appointment only from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. We invite any customers planning on visiting BABY SF during this event weekend to review this guide for the best experience!

Our store hours will be 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Thursday through Monday.

12/6 (FRI) through 12/8 (SUN) will be open by appointment only.

12/5 (THU) & 12/9 (MON) appointments will not be necessary, and walk in customers are welcome.

We ask that customers book no more than one appointment slot during the event weekend to best accommodate as many guests as possible. We are implementing these procedures to ensure the best quality of service for all of our customers. 

Each appointment includes 30 min of shopping time. Please do your best to complete all shopping within 30 minutes. Up to two guests are allowed per appointment booked. For example, if you and a friend would like to shop together, only one appointment is necessary for the both of you.

If you intended to pick up an online order in-store, please be aware an appointment is required to pick up online orders during the event weekend (12/6-8).

By making an appointment, you agree to the following policies:

1. Face masks are no longer required, but we ask any guest showing symptoms such as cough or fever to refrain from entering the building.

2. Party size per appointment is limited to 3 people. Any additional guests will need to book separate appointments or wait outside the building.

3. Please observe the appointment time, and only shop during your time slot.
