Our store hours are 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Thursday through Monday.
12/12 (FRI) - 12/14 (SUN) will be open by appointment only.
12/11 (THU) & 12/15 (MON) appointments will not be necessary, and walk in customers are welcome.
We ask that customers book no more than one appointment slot during the event weekend to best accommodate as many guests as possible. We are implementing these procedures to ensure the best quality of service for all of our customers.
Each appointment includes 30 min of shopping time. Please do your best to complete all shopping within 30 minutes. Up to two guests are allowed per appointment booked. For example, if you and a friend would like to shop together, only one appointment is necessary for the both of you.
If you intended to pick up an online order in-store, please be aware an appointment is required to pick up online orders during the event weekend (12/12-14).

By making an appointment, you agree to the following policies:
1. Face masks are no longer required, but we ask any guest showing symptoms such as cough or fever to refrain from entering the store.
2. Party size per appointment is limited to 3 people. Any additional guests will need to book separate appointments or wait outside the store.
3. Please observe the appointment time, and only shop during your time slot.

ONLINE STORE PICK-UP PROCEDURES
For customers wishing to pick up previously placed orders during
the weekend of 12/12-14:
Online & special orders cannot be picked up on 12/12-14 without a shopping appointment. If you do not book an appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to pick up your order. We will contact customers who have not picked up online orders by 12/4 via email regarding these procedures.

ONLINE & IN-STORE SPECIAL ORDERS
The BABY SF web shop will be closed 12/9-14.
We will still be accepting lottery pre-orders.
Due to lengthy checkout times during this high foot traffic weekend, we will not be accepting or processing special/store search orders from 12/12-14. We will resume order acceptance on 12/15. Thank you for understanding.
