BABY SF will instate a new policy for holding orders beginning August 22nd (FRI). Please read the following carefully before placing an order from the BABY SF online shop:
For customers who request to pickup their order in-store:
It is required that you now provide an estimated pickup date once you place your order (this does not apply to reservation orders). You can leave this information in the "Notes" section when making your order.
If you do not provide a date at the time of your order, we will only be able to hold your order inside our store for up to one month, starting at the time of purchase.
Once the allotted month has passed, we will begin to charge a 5% holding charge for every month following, which you must pay the accumulated amount of at the time of pickup.

If you do not pick up your order by the provided date, we will begin the one month hold at that time and you will receive an warning email.
For special orders and reservations, the one month hold will begin one week from the date we have contacted you about your order. This rule does not apply for incomplete orders (i.e. orders that are still waiting for other items to arrive).
You may request for us to ship your order if you are unable to pick it up, but you will be required to pay the shipping costs, which we will invoice you for via Paypal. You may also request to cancel your order, but are subject to being blacklisted. The 5% holding charge will still apply to orders cancelled after one month, in addition to a 5% restocking fee. Failure to pay these costs will result in an immediate blacklisting.
Price adjustments are not allowed for items that have been on hold.
For customers whose orders were returned to us as "unclaimed" or "undeliverable":
You will be contacted immediately upon the return of your unclaimed/undeliverable package. At this time, you may request to have your order reshipped or to shipped to a different address, but will be required to pay additional shipping costs.
You must respond to us within one week or your order will be cancelled. A 5% restocking fee will taken from your refund and your account may be subject to suspension.
