BABY SF will re-open on Thursday, January 5th, 2023.
Due to the storm, we will reopen on Friday, January 6th.

Our online shop will remain open throughout these dates but please note, shipping times will be delayed due to the holidays. We will resume shipping for online orders on 1/5/23 (THU).

Starting on 1/1 (SUN), our shipping rates will go up, and we will start offering free shipping over $500.

Join Our Walk-in Waitlist:
Dates: FRI - SUN (MON - THU unavailable)
Time Slots (30min): 3:00pm - 4:30pm, based on availability and waitlist length
Party Size: 1-6 people per party

During your visit:
  • When you arrive at the NEW PEOPLE Building:
    • THU - MON: walk upstairs to 2F; if you need to use the elevator, please give us a call, and we will bring you up.
  • You must wear a face mask when you enter the building and while you are in our store.
  • Please observe the appointment/walk-in time and only shop during your allotted time. Multiple appointments scheduled for a single day may be canceled at our discretion. Customers may join the walk-in waitlist for additional shopping time.
  • Call us at 415-525-8686 to let us know if you are running late or need to cancel your appointment. If you are over 30min late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
By making an appointment, you agree to the following policies:
  1. Any person in your party not wearing a mask will be refused entry for the safety of staff and other customers in the building.
  2. If you are feeling unwell, we can reschedule your appointment.
  3. You must maintain a physical distance of 6 feet between yourself, staff, and other guests in the building as much as possible.
  4. Fitting rooms are still closed. However, the following items can be tried on:
    • Head Items
    • Accessories
    • Knits & Outerwear
    • Shoes
  5. We currently do not offer curbside pick-up. If you would like to pay ahead, we can send you an invoice.
  6. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card/Paypal/Shopify Invoice. We will not accept cash payments at this time.
  7. If you need to collect stamps or redeem stamp cards, please let us know when making your appointment.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse service.
