Following San Francisco County guidelines, BABY SF will be closed to the public until further notice. Curbside pick up will not be available during this closure.
We are still accepting online orders, special orders, and reservation/lottery reservation orders during this time period. Please allow additional time for processing, confirming, and shipping orders.
For customers with pending online/special orders, we will extend the pick up time frame by an additional 30 days from the day we are able re-open. If you selected local pick-up for a previous order, we will contact you directly regarding your order.
To minimize further delays, we are now shipping out online orders placed in early July and reservation orders. Orders placed in mid-July will be shipped after reservation and Japan orders are processed. Pending reservation orders and special orders will be shipped out concurrently with new orders.
Our shipments are not affected by the suspension of EMS shipments from Japan. We will continue to receive shipments until further notice.
Thank you for understanding and your continued support. Please stay safe and healthy!
