                                                        ・Link to FB or Modeling Portfolio

               Also please attach the following images.

                                                        * A head shot with minimal or no make up
                                                        * A current full body shot

                                                        * A full body photo of you in Lolita (optional)
                                                        * Any other photos you would like to send us

              ☆ Models under the age of 18 will need guardian consent

              ☆ Models MUST be able to come in the week before hand for
                   coordinate fitting (Day and Time TBA) and on Sunday, August 9th
                   for full fashion show rehearsal.

Models will receive a special JPOP SUMMIT pass on Sunday, August 9th, granting backstage access for participating in the fashion show.

Please note BABY San Francisco will NOT be involved in the model selection process.

An application meeting all the requirements may not necessarily be automatically approved for the show.
