Crowding is expected on each item's release date. Please follow the procedures below to ensure a smooth purchase and customer safety.

• Please do not line up the day before or early in the morning or block other businesses.
• You MAY line up on the day of in the building stairwell.  Stairwell entrance is on the mezzanine level.
• Customers who gather at the time of store opening are eligible to participate in a lottery to decide on purchase order. On the first day of each item's release, available quantity is limited to one per person.
• We may refuse lottery participation in the case staff instructions are not followed.
