Special Orders

If you live in the United States or Canada, you may now place orders through our online store! Please, no phone orders or inquiries.

Special Orders:
If you see something in stock on the international site that we don't currently have in stock on our website, you can submit a special order request by email. 
  • STEP 1 Send us an email at  with the following information:
    • Your name, phone number, and address
    • Your Paypal address
    • Product number and name for each item 
    • Desired color for each item
  • STEP 2 We will send you an email detailing the items you want, adding up the total (including tax and shipping if applicable). You can still add or remove items at this point, or cancel your order if you change your mind.
  • STEP 3 Reply to our email confirming your order. This constitutes a binding contract and any cancellations past this point will result in a ban from email orders.
  • STEP 4 We'll send you a Paypal invoice. Payment is required within 7 days.
  • STEP 5 Once we receive your payment, we'll put your order through. For in-store items, this means we'll ship them out. For reservation orders or items available on the website, we'll contact you with domestic shipping details and charges when the item(s) arrive in the store.
Here are some of the fine details we'd like you to read and understand before placing an order:
  • If the item you want is no longer available on the international website, we cannot request it for you. Please be sure to check for availability by adding items from the site to the shopping basket. If the item can't be successfully added, it's sold out.
  • We cannot accept orders for web-only items, web sale items or lucky packs unless otherwise specified.
  • You may reserve one style, one color for each item. No doubles.
  • We do ship parasols/umbrellas. Parasols/umbrellas must be shipped separately from all items (including jewelry, socks, etc). 
  • Full payment is required and is non-refundable. (If the item is out of stock, your payment will be refunded.)
  • Shipping will be via Priority Mail. We will send a shipping invoice when we receive your items in-store.
  • We will ship anywhere within the United States and Canada. We apologize, but all other international orders must be placed through the Japanese website.
  • Orders must be paid for by the same person who places the order and the shipping address may not be changed after the order has been placed. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when making your order.
  • Once you confirm your order, it cannot be changed. Additions will be treated as a new order.
  • Cancellations after confirmation will result in suspension of all reservation and special order privileges.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the case of manufacturer's defect.
  • Delivery time may vary. Your patience, due to the nature of special orders, is appreciated.  Depending on item availability, orders may take 4-8 weeks to be processed. If faster processing is required, please order directly from the Japanese website. Items cannot be sent express to our store from Japan for any reason.

In-Store Reservations and Special Orders

We accept reservations and special orders for items that are unavailable or have sold out in our store.  Even if an item is currently unavailable or sold out on the website, we will check each of our shops in Japan for the item!  
  • Customers under 18 must have a parent or guardian with them at the time the order is placed. 
  • We do not have reservation allotments. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
  • We do not require payment for special orders made in-store until the requested item(s) arrive in store.
  • We do not accept cancellations on reservations or special orders. 
  • Items must be purchased within one week of arrival unless otherwise specified.  
  • Customers who cancel or become unreachable when the item arrives will be barred from placing future reservations in-store or online. Please think carefully before placing your order. 
  • Orders accepted at the store do not guarantee that the item requested is available as it may be sold out in the meantime.
  • Items no longer listed on the website are unavailable for special order.
Rules may be amended at the discretion of Baby SF at any time.
