Winter Lucky Packs 2012

We will indeed be selling lucky packs on Saturday, January 28th at 12pm! We will start ticketing at 11:30am. We will be handing out numbered tickets based on each lucky pack style. Please hand the ticket back when you make your purchase.

Customers will be allowed to pick up their packs between 12pm - 1pm. After 1pm, any unclaimed packs will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our store will be partially blocked off during this lucky pack sale period to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Each customer will be limited to one(1) lucky pack per person. We cannot make exceptions as there will be very limited quantities available.

As a reminder, there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for lucky packs. The purchase price does not count towards points or novelties. The lucky packs are for in-store purchase only; we cannot accept mail, phone, or online orders. These packs are available on the official Baby site for purchase.

Packs will contain our standard medium size items. Please refer to the size charts available at the bottom of each item page (links available after the jump). We cannot reveal specific details about what is inside a lucky pack. Even if you ask, we cannot answer. We do not know which one you will be purchasing. When the lucky packs run out, we cannot make one for you from items in the store. Thank you for understanding.

We have great news! Baby SF is now accepting reservation orders for shipment to any location in the United States and Canada! If you live in these countries and would like to order an item that is available on Baby's Japanese website, we can order and ship it to you! Follow Usakumya for the details!!!

• We will accept reservations for shipment over email only. Please, no phone orders or inquiries.

• Orders for both reservation and non-reservation items are accepted, pending availability.

• We cannot accept orders for web-only items, web sale items or lucky packs.

• You may reserve one style, one color for each item. No doubles.

• Full deposit is required and is non-refundable.

• We will accept payments through Pay Pal only.

• If the item is out of stock, your deposit will be refunded.

• Shipping will be Priority Mail. We will send a shipping invoice when we receive your items in-store.

•We will ship anywhere within the United States and Canada. We apologize, but all other international orders must be placed through the Japanese website.

• Orders must be paid for by the same person who places the order and the shipping address may not be changed after the order has been placed. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when making your order.

• Cancellations will result in suspension of all reservation and special order privileges.

Store Rules:

Due to the high volume of foot traffic we receive during sales events, we need to implement a few guidelines to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.

Please do not use BABY SF as a meeting point for meet-ups or gatherings; the store will be very crowded.
Customers may only try on seven (7) items total, and may not add items while in the dressing room unless there is no queue. Customers must decide which items to try on before entering the dressing room. We may impose a time limit of 20min, if there are more than five (5) people waiting for the dressing room.
Staff may ask to hold your items up at the front while you continue to browse. We will hold the items until you are ready to try them on or purchase them. Please be mindful not to drag our items on the floor.
The pink ottoman cushion is reserved for customers to try on shoes only. Please do not use it to store your bags/clothes (we have a coat rack), to take a nap, or prop up your feet. Please do not set your personal items on top of our items either.
Please do not lean on store furniture or fixtures. They are meant to support clothes and not people. We are not responsible for injuries caused by these actions.
Please be careful with the accessory cases, and do not try to move or open them without staff assistance.
Children who are under or appear under the age of ten (10) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No food or drinks allowed in the store. Please finish everything outside, and do not leave trash lying around.
All stores on the fashion floor are separate. Please pay for your items before leaving the store. Sorry, we cannot do holds.
Photos are still not allowed.

If you choose not to adhere to our guidelines, we may ask you to leave the store. We reserve the right to amend the rules listed above at any time. Our normal store rules still apply, and in the future, may be amended to reflect some or all of these rules. Thank you for your cooperation.
